I am the sole woman behind this small-batch medicine business. I am a clinically trained herbalist with over 10 years’ experience working with medicinal plants. I live off-grid among cedar forests to grow and gather all the medicinal plants used in my herbal offerings. The foundation of my practice is rooted in respecting the ecological, social, and spiritual aspects of Nature. Being mindful of my surroundings, following seasons, ecology of plants and continually cultivating a respectful relationship with all of my surroundings. To me this is the practice of ethical harvesting, ensuring the highest quality of medicine and limiting any harmful effects to the ecosystem.

I am truly inspired by Nature and the profound healing which I have received & continue to receive directly through plants. I am called to create herbal remedies for others to experience measurable healing and develop a deeper connection to the Natural world. Seed saving has been a passion of mine for the last 8 years, helping to ensure food and medicine for the future. All seeds are open pollinated, grown without chemicals and hand-harvested. Seeds & herbal products for you to experience healing and connect to Nature.

  Hi there, I'm Jazmyn Evans(McMyn) owner of Grow & Change Horticultural Services.  I have gardened in the Shuswap River valley at Mara Lake my whole life and worked in the  garden and nursery industry for over 20 years. I am honored to help people work towards  their gardening goals. I offer garden design and consultations along with teaching,  workshopping, and sharing knowledge about homesteading, food security and building  community around local food throughout the Shuswap and North Okanagan.
